Bykahepar injection is a Clanobutin-based compound that acts as a choleretic and digestive by increasing the secretory activity of the exocrine digestive glands, increasing bile secretion and increasing pancreatic activity, pepsin, trypsin, chemo trypsin and amylase. It also acts as a hepatoprotector, protecting the liver during digestive system disorders.
Bykahepar injection also acts as a cardiotonic, increasing the protection force and the number of beats per minute, by increasing cardiac minute volume and coronary current.
Dosage and Administration
The daily dose of Bykahepar is established between 10-20 mg / kg of weight (1-2 mL / 10kg), being able to repeat in severe cases half the dose at 12 hours. The route of administration in cattle, sheep and goats is intravenous or intramuscular, in horses intravenous, in pigs intramuscular or subcutaneous and in canines intramuscular. It is recommended not to inject more than 20 mL IM into the same site. IV administration should be done slowly (in a time not less than one minute).
